How do I book a studio?

Choose a space from the catalog, add it to your cart with the estimated hours, and proceed to checkout. We will confirm availability by email within one business day.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund if canceled 72 hours before the start time. 50% refund between 72–24 hours. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once if the slot is rebooked.

Are your studios soundproof?

Podcast booths and sound stages are engineered for isolation; daylight lofts have sound treatment for reverb control but are not fully isolated. We can advise based on your use case.

What equipment is included?

Basic grip, power strips, and cleaning supplies are included. Tripods, continuous lights, mics, and yoga props vary by room; see each listing’s amenities for details.

Is the building accessible?

Most locations have elevator access and step-free pathways. If you need specific accommodations, contact us so we can match you with the right floor plan.

Do you offer discounts for recurring bookings?

Yes. We offer tiered pricing for weekly or monthly reservations. Email us with your schedule and expected hours.

Can I bring my own gear?

Absolutely. We provide load-in details, freight elevator windows, and on-site carts. Please protect floors and return the room to its original condition.

How does payment work?

A card hold is placed at checkout and captured after confirmation. Add-ons are adjusted on the final invoice. Corporate accounts may request net-15 terms.

Can I record music?

Yes in our sound stage and podcast suites. For amplified instruments or drums, contact us to schedule during building quiet windows and ensure proper isolation.
